Whether you're a fledgling speaker or a sage secluded amidst Adrar's heights, your voice is a treasure we seek to unearth. Native to Souss or a traveler from afar, your insights are our oasis in the desert of learning.

## Carving Your Nomad Trail:

Chart your path to our campfire:

1. Choose Your Nomadic Format:

   - Presentation: A 40~80-minute storytelling voyage, shared by up to 2 nomads.

   - Panel: A 40~80-minute discourse oasis hosting 3 to 5 voices.

   - Workshop: A 100~150-minute immersive oasis, guided by 1–4 experts.

   - Lightning Talk: A 10~20-minute whirlwind tale, narrated by a single nomad.

2. Shape Your Desert Narrative:

   Craft an enticing title and descriptive oasis to guide nomads to your wisdom. Indicate the journey level: beginner, wanderer, or expert.

3. Nomad Identity:

   Share your biography, a glimpse of your experience amidst the desert of learning.

4. Sculpting the Sands:

   Optionally, leave nomadic traces - resources, insights, or context that guide the desert winds to your oasis.

## Whispers of Wind or Roar of Flames:

In our nomadic domain, sessions may dance to the rhythm of:

- All lightning talks are recorded previously and there is no live Q&A.

- All workshops and discussion panels are live.

- Talks are live by default, but in cases where the speaker will not be available on the given day or has an unreliable connection, we can record them.

## Languages in the Desert Breeze:

Your nomadic tales can be woven in English or Darija, yet English shall be the wind that carries most stories.

## Nomadic Codes:

Expectations of our nomadic companions:

- Nomad Profile: A brief tale of your journey, accompanied by an image.

- Sales-Free Zone: No marketplaces amidst the dunes; wisdom is our trade.

When Approved:

- Your outline must be provided for review 2 weeks before the talks

- Your slides must be provided for review 1 week before the talk

- All sessions will be recorded in person and published on YouTube at a later date.

## Crafting Your Nomad Canvas:

Prepare to unveil your wisdom:

- Nomad Presentation Deck: Upon the sands of time, we provide a basic template; you paint it with your wisdom. Slide submission to the track's guide is due a week before your journey begins.

## First-Time Nomads Welcomed:

If you're a novice nomad, we extend our guiding hand. Mentorship, tips, and secrets to create enchanting narratives await.

## Agreement to Record and Distribute the Session

By agreeing to speak at our events, you agree that we may record your session and eventually publish it via YouTube and that we will be promoting your session after the conference through the creation of playlists and various social media promotions.

## After your presentation

We will share your public contacts with them so that you can continue to interact with your audience and share more and love more.

This is a live session, so in case you submitted a live talk so keep that in mind as you join the platform where we will hold our events. On the day of your presentation, care to check in 15 min prior to your talk to make sure the attendees will be able to hear your lovable voice.

Support during Your Presentation

No nomad is left behind, be sure that you won’t be left alone during your presentation. A facilitator will be with you to take care of all the hindrances and help you out with any technical issues you might face. As well as share any links you want to share with your audience.
