Check the speaker agreement for reimbursement rates, deadlines, and full expectations.
Your co-speaker isn’t guaranteed approval, but we’ll strive to make it work.
Submit a technical session (300–400 level, aimed at advanced practitioners). Plan for 60–75 minutes of presentation followed by 30–45 minutes of Q&A. Actively foster discussion among yourself, your co-speaker, and the audience—our attendees thrive on this format!

For travel expenses we cover $1250 international and $750 domestic (no reimbursement for Ubers, trains, taxis, etc.).
