Thank you for your interest in presenting at Minnesota M365 Spring, 2021 Admin Workshop Day Virtually! (Twitter: @o365mn #M365WorkshopDay) scheduled for Friday, April 30, 2021 meeting virtually in Microsoft Teams. We are planning a day filled with fun, education, and a few other surprises that are sure to make M365 Admin Workshop Day an event to remember!

Speaker submissions are due no later than Monday, March 29, 2021.  Speaker selection will be announced the second week of April. All speakers are expected to register for the event. Recordings of your session may be available.

What Kind of Sessions Do We Need?   Our theme this Spring is Microsoft Teams!  Please submit all you can on this topic, but of course we encourage all M365 focused areas.

We are looking for M365: Security and Compliance; Mobility; Identity; Collaboration; Business Apps/Automation; and Messaging presentations. Please think about how Teams plays a role in each of these areas. We would also welcome Professional Development sessions and panel or group sessions giving attendees the opportunity to interact with presenters.

Technical presentations showing code examples and demos are always great, but we’re often asked for sessions targeted at administrators and business decision makers which help them learn how to use M365 in creative ways, how things work (and don’t work), and whatever else they need to know to get the most out of M365 within their organization. Sessions like “How [My Company] Solved [Something] Using Administrative configurations, PowerShell or even Conditional Access Policies” tend to be very popular.

Many people are interested to see and learn about 2021 capabilities in M365 for the Admin. Consider submitting sessions relevant to attendees who are cloud based and using different types of tenants like commercial, government and education.

How Much Time Will I Have to Present?

Sessions will be approximately 90-minutes in length. We are accepting submissions to a:

  • Attend virtually and present live with camera's on and interactive with the audience

How Can I Improve My Chances Of Being Selected?

First and foremost, think of your audience. You are writing your session titles and abstracts for the event attendees.  Write it to make it clear who should attend and the technical level they can expect. What you enter on the speaker submission form will be the exact text included on the printed program and schedule.
