The MSNA Annual Conference is the "School Event of the Year" and an annual convening for sharing, learning, and networking between school nutrition directors, managers, staff, and industry partners. and is a time to honor all the work of School Nutrition professionals. Learn how you can improve and enhance your program!

Sessions will include roundtable discussions, menu planning, presentations by MDE, farm-to-school, and so much more. We would like to offer sessions in other languages! Please indicate in your submission if you are able to present in a second language.

Thank you for your interest in submitting a 60-minute education proposal for MSNA’s 2026 Annual State Conference held at the River's Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud, MN, August 2-5, 2026. The theme for the conference is "One in a Melon: Celebrating Skills, Learning Together, Sharing Successes"

MSNA is a non-profit volunteer organization committed to the education and training of our members. Presenters may also choose to donate their time and incur their own travel and lodging expenses.

Education Sessions are 60 minutes in length and are NOT to be used as a sales or promotional platform for any speaker’s company, products, or services.
