We are the largest #OSS group in Mumbai and organize its longest running (over 12 years and 110 events) tech meetup [#mumtechup]. Our meetup cadence is usually one per month, with each month revolving around a theme. Previous themes have included JavaScript, Python, Linux, DevOps, even Quantum Computing

May 2024 : Golang and Rust

Great opportunity for folks to prepare and apply for conferences.  Quite a few of our past speakers have successfully used their sessions as references.

All our past events have been free for everyone and will continue to do so in the future.

We are committed to a diverse and inclusive roster of speakers, and we especially encourage folks that identify themselves as part of an underrepresented group in Mumbai, to apply.

Audience

We are looking for the following types of sessions:

  1. Lightning talks 15 mins
  2. Talks preferably with a demo about sharing research or practical projects around the meetup theme. Capstone projects, course projects, fun projects - all are welcome! 50 minutes w/10 min Q&A
  3.  Workshops
