What Kind of Sessions Do We Need?

Track Examples:

  • Collaboration and Apps: SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Copilot, Intranet, Forms, Loop
  • Security and Administration: Microsoft Purview, Intune, Defender, Microsoft Copilot for Security, Sentinel, Compliance AI
  • Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, Copilot Studio, AI Builder
  • Business Intelligence: Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Copilot in Power BI, Data Activator, BI Copilot scenarios
  • Azure | AI | Azure Foundry: Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, Prompt Engineering, Generative AI use cases, Custom copilots, AI orchestration patterns
  • Copilot and AI in the Microsoft Ecosystem: Role-specific Copilots (e.g., Sales Copilot, Copilot for Finance, Copilot for Service), Responsible AI, Custom GPTs, AI governance, Enterprise Copilot architecture
  • Professional Development: Tech career pathways, building with low-code/no-code, getting started with AI, building your Copilot career portfolio, storytelling with AI

We’re often asked for sessions targeted at end-users and business decision makers which help them learn how to use Microsoft technology in creative ways, how things work (and don’t work), and whatever else they need to know to get the most out of Microsoft technologies within their organization. Also, technical presentations showing code examples and demos are always great.

Sessions like “How [My Company] Solved [Something] Using [M365 service]” tend to be very popular.

How Can I Improve My Chances Of Being Selected?

First and foremost, think of your audience. You are writing your session titles and abstracts for the event attendees not for the people picking sessions. What you enter on the speaker submission form will be the exact text included on the printed program and schedule. Don't use AI to primarily write your session.

Submit more than one session! Even the best speakers might not be selected if they submit only one or two sessions. Between limitations in schedule and venue, there are many good sessions that we simply cannot accept.

Do not try to pass off your company product demo as a session. This is something every event takes very seriously. If you feel your session abstract may sound like a product demo, please explain on the submission form why it is not. If your session is a product demo, do not bother submitting it.

When is the Latest I Can Submit a Session?

The Call for Speakers will close on Saturday June 27th, 2026.

When Will Selected Sessions Be Announced?

We plan to make selections by July 8th, 2026

If Selected, What Time Commitment is Expected of Me?

Speaker dinner/gathering

We are planning a special speaker gathering the day before the event, Thursday September 10th. More details will be provided when sessions are selected.
