Although our events are hybrid, we prefer presenters to be in the room when possible (but we will still consider remote presentations).  We can sometimes cover partial travel expenses (usually $500 or less), and if your session is selected, we'll agree to terms with you before finalizing.

We do not pay a stipend. This is your opportunity to share your knowledge with the community and help grow your brand.

Vendor/Sales submissions will not be considered - if you are a vendor and would like to present at NWSCUG (and support our nonprofit), become a sponsor!
