EV Belgium and FLEET.be invite industry experts to share insights at our annual congress, “on thE-MOVE.” This year’s theme, "Watts for Kilos," will explore optimizing energy (watts) to move weight (kilos) efficiently across all transport modes, from light vehicles to heavy-duty trucks, as we transition to zero-emission mobility.

Speaker Submission Guidelines for "on thE-MOVE 2025"


We’re seeking dynamic, future-focused sessions that align with our theme, "Watts for Kilos: Energizing the Future of Transport." Here’s what we’re looking for:


1. Relevant Topics:

  • Battery Technology: Advances in chemistry, storage, and energy density for all vehicle types.
  • Vehicle Design: Innovations in lightweighting and energy optimization.
  • Infrastructure & Grid: Smart charging, grid integration, V2G solutions.
  • Policy & Regulation: EU regulations, incentives, and planning for electrification.
  • Sustainability: Battery recycling, second-life uses, reducing production impacts.
  • Case Studies: Successes in fleet electrification, charging networks, partnerships.

2. Session Formats:

  • Presentation (20 min): In-depth insights.
  • Panel (30-45 min): Expert discussions on trends.
  • Workshop (20-40 min): Interactive problem-solving.
  • Tech Talk (15 min): Quick tech demos or solutions.

3. Audience Levels:
