Speaker Submission Guidelines for "on thE-MOVE 2025"
We’re seeking dynamic, future-focused sessions that align with our theme, "Watts for Kilos: Energizing the Future of Transport." Here’s what we’re looking for:
1. Relevant Topics:
- Battery Technology: Advances in chemistry, storage, and energy density for all vehicle types.
- Vehicle Design: Innovations in lightweighting and energy optimization.
- Infrastructure & Grid: Smart charging, grid integration, V2G solutions.
- Policy & Regulation: EU regulations, incentives, and planning for electrification.
- Sustainability: Battery recycling, second-life uses, reducing production impacts.
- Case Studies: Successes in fleet electrification, charging networks, partnerships.
2. Session Formats:
- Presentation (20 min): In-depth insights.
- Panel (30-45 min): Expert discussions on trends.
- Workshop (20-40 min): Interactive problem-solving.
- Tech Talk (15 min): Quick tech demos or solutions.
3. Audience Levels:
Beginner to expert sessions, covering foundational insights to advanced strategies.
