The Open Source Day returns to Florence, Italy for its fourth edition!

Join us for a day filled with passionate open source contributors: maintainers, developers of all levels, engineering managers, and full-stack developers. Connect with speakers and sponsors while enjoying coffee breaks and lunch throughout the day. Our sponsors will also host exciting giveaway sessions featuring tech gadgets.

The conference takes place on March 21st, 2025, at Nana Bianca. Doors open at 8:30 AM, with talks beginning at 10 AM.

Call for Speakers - Open Source Day 2025

We welcome talks about any open-source topic, including but not limited to:

  • Open source projects
  • Web technologies
  • Software Architecture
  • Frontend frameworks

Session Format:

  • 25-minute presentation
  • 5-minute Q&A
  • Brief live introduction
  • All sessions are hybrid (in-person and streamed online)
  • Presentations must be in English

Important Dates:

  • Talk submission deadline: 15 January 2025
  • Speaker notifications: Starting February 2025
  • Conference date: March 21st, 2025
