Our Lightning Talks are short, focused presentations designed to give more members of the community a chance to speak. All experience levels are welcome. Whether this is your first time presenting or your fiftieth.

🕒 Talk Format

• Maximum 10 minutes speaking time
• 2–3 minutes for Q&A
• Practical, story-driven, demo-friendly, or lessons learned
• Keep it tight. Keep it real. Leave people with something actionable.

🎤 What Can You Present?

Anything AWS-related, including:

• Architecture patterns
• Serverless projects
• AI/ML with Bedrock
• DevOps wins (or failures)
• Cost optimization lessons
• CDK / Terraform builds
• Production war stories
• Community or career insights in cloud

If you’ve shipped it, tested it, learned from it, or debugged it at 2 am — it qualifies.
