2 On question #3 'Select one of topics you are interested in' - Please pick ONE of the above topics from dropdown for submission. If you are interested in more than one you need more than one submission, limited to a max of 5.
3 On the question #4 'How can you add value to this discussion?' Please state CLEARLY what your contribution to the panel will be and how your experience can add value to those listening.

This year at the PASS Data Community Summit 2021 the DPDEI group is delighted to be hosting a live 60 minute DEI Panel session.
Building on 21 years as the conference to attend if you want to stay on top of rapidly changing trends in data, Redgate is hosting this year’s Summit as a free online conference for the data platform community to connect, share, and learn with thousands of their peers.
Attendees will be looking to hear from industry-leading experts, make connections that advance their careers, and discover cutting-edge products and services from across the data platform ecosystem.
PASS Data Community Summit 2021 is set to be the year’s largest online gathering of data platform professionals. Join us for this free online Summit and connect, share, and learn with 1000s of your peers from the global data platform community.
To build inclusivity and global connections, many conference activities will be accessible across a range of time zones and sessions will be available on-demand for free after the Summit.

This year’s PASS Data Community Summit seeks to create a safe, respectful, friendly, patient, considerate, and inclusive event experience, and an environment where all participants feel welcome.
DPDEI are hosting the [topic] Panel which will be part of the schedule during the week of PASS Data Community Summit.
If you have a passion, interest or experience in any (or more) of the following topics and would like to support the elevation and discussion of diversity, equity and inclusion in the data platform community, please submit as part of this call for speakers and tell us why you’d like to be part of this panel.
DEI Topics:
- Team conflict resolutions
- Inclusive leadership
- Organizational challenges
- Access to mental health support
- Experiences of speaking/writing/community involvement
The Panel will be 60 minutes in duration. The panel will be moderated and other panelists equally passionate about Diversity, equity and inclusion.
