Postdoc Appreciation Week NL (#PAW_NL) is a national initiative dedicated to recognising the essential contributions of postdocs to research and education across the Netherlands. At the same time, it aims to create momentum for the further development of postdoc support and policy, while providing space for dialogue on the opportunities and challenges associated with the postdoc phase.

Researchers, research institutions, postdoc coordinators, postdoc networks, and research support professionals from across the Netherlands are invited to contribute to a diverse programme of activities, including workshops, discussions, networking events, and other initiatives that celebrate and support postdocs. PAW_NL is free and open to participants from all Dutch academic institutions.
