Power Platform Classmates 2026 – Second Edition

Back by popular demand! After a great turnout at our first edition, we're bringing the Power Platform community together again for a full day of learning, sharing, and connecting.

Important Update: Due to venue availability constraints, this edition will be conducted as a virtual event. This allows speakers and attendees to participate from anywhere while continuing to learn, share, and connect with the Power Platform community.

This interactive event is built for students, professionals, and enthusiasts passionate about Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, AI, and low-code innovation. Whether you're deep into Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot, Azure, or just getting started, there's a seat for you here.

Our goal remains the same: a vibrant space for knowledge sharing, technical learning, and real collaboration, powered by voices from across the community.

📢 Call for Speakers

We're looking for students, educators, professionals, and industry practitioners to share sessions on topics like:

• Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages use cases
 • Innovative solutions with Copilot and AI in Power Platform
 • Dynamics 365 development and deployment
 • Real-world solutions built on Power Platform

Session Formats

⚡ Lightning Talks – 20 min
 🎤 Presentations – 40-45 min
 🛠️ Hands-on Workshops – 60 min

First-time speakers are especially welcome. This is a great low-pressure stage to get started.

💻 Virtual Event Information

All accepted speakers will present remotely using Microsoft Teams or a similar online platform. Session links and speaker guidance will be shared before the event.

Note: This is a community-driven, volunteer event. Travel, accommodation, and other expenses are not reimbursed.

Submit your session proposal with a title, abstract, target audience, and a brief speaker bio.

Call for Speakers — Conditions & Guidelines


1. Session Relevance

Sessions must focus on Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, related low-code technologies, or innovative technical solutions built on these platforms.


2. Language

All sessions must be delivered in English.


3. Presenter Eligibility

Open to Power Platform professionals, educators, students, and enthusiasts looking to share their knowledge.

New speakers are encouraged and will be supported throughout the process.

Speakers must be available to attend in person at BITS Pilani, Dubai on 05 September 2026.


4. Speaker Selection

Sessions will be shortlisted based on relevance and alignment with event themes. The organizing committee reserves the right to combine, adjust, or reschedule sessions as needed to fit the agenda.


5. Speaker Commitments

Confirm your availability by the specified date if selected.

Agree that sessions may be recorded or photographed for community/non-commercial purposes.

No speaker fee or honorarium is provided — all presenters are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation, if needed.
