Pulsar Summit San Francisco is the event dedicated to Apache Pulsar. The conference gathers developers, architects, data engineers, DevOps professionals, and anyone who wants to learn about streaming data. It brings the Apache Pulsar Community together to share best practices, gain hands-on training, and discuss the future of streaming technologies! 

This year, the summit will be hosted in-person on Thursday, August 18th in San Francisco, CA. The speaker committee includes top Pulsar experts and will be announced shortly.

Join Us and Speak at Pulsar Summit San Francisco!

Do you have a Pulsar story to share? Join us and speak at the summit! You will be on stage with all the top Pulsar thought-leaders. It is a great way to participate and raise your profile in the rapidly growing Apache Pulsar community.

We are looking for Pulsar stories that are innovative, informative, or thought-provoking. Here are some suggestions for what to talk about:

  • Use cases, operations, tools, techniques, or the Pulsar ecosystem
  • A deep dive into technologies
  • Best practices and lessons learned
  • A Pulsar success story
  • Anything that inspires the audience!

To speak at the summit, please submit an abstract about your presentation. Remember to keep your proposal short, relevant and engaging. Here are some suggestions for what to talk about: 

  • Use cases, operations, tools, techniques or the Pulsar Ecosystem 
  • A deep dive into technologies 
  • Best practices and lessons learned 
  • A Pulsar success story 
  • Anything that inspires the audience! 

There are 3 tracks you can submit a talk for: 

  • Use cases 
  • Ecosystem 
  • Deep Dive 

To speak at the summit, please submit an abstract about your presentation. Remember to keep your proposal short, relevant and engaging. Your submission should include: 

  • Session title
  • Session description (200 words max) 
  • Speaker bio (100 words max) 
  • Track selection. 

Sessions should have content that can fill a 30 minute presentation (with 10 minutes of Q&A). As a speaker, you will receive: 

  • Free conference pass 
  • Exclusive swag only available to speakers 
  • Recognition on the Pulsar Summit website with your headshot and bio 
  • Your session will be added to the Pulsar Summit YouTube Channel and promoted on Twitter and linkedIn 
  • The chance to demonstrate your experience and deep knowledge in the rapidly growing event streaming space.
  • Your name, title, company, and bio will be featured on the Pulsar Summit 2022 website

Important Dates:

  • CFP opens: April 19th, 2022
  • CFP closes: May 27th, 2022
  • Speaker notifications sent: June 3rd, 2022
  • Schedule announcement: June 17th, 2022
