Session Formats

We're excited to offer two session formats this year:

Traditional Talks (50 minutes)

These are presentation-style sessions where you share your expertise, experiences, and insights with the audience. Talks can include slides, demos, and Q&A, but are primarily speaker-led.

Honorarium: $100

Hands-On Sessions (1, 2, 3 or 4 hours with 10min breaks every hour)

These are interactive, workshop-style sessions where attendees actively follow along and try things on their own devices. Hands-on sessions are more engaging and participatory—you'll guide the audience through exercises, tools, or techniques in real time. These require more preparation and facilitation, so plan for a smaller group size and more back-and-forth with attendees.

Honorarium: $100 per hour selected

When submitting, please indicate which format you're proposing. If your topic could work as either, feel free to note that—we're happy to discuss what fits best.
