CFP Close: 15th June 2025
Venue: DEF CON, Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, Nevada
So what do you get as a speaker?
As you will submit the CFP form, you should get a confirmation email confirming your submission. If you do not receive this email, it simply means there is something wrong and we have not received your submission. In that case, we suggest you submit it again.
In case you have any doubts, feel free to reach us at info@reconvillage.org. Please do not send any CFP submissions to this email. The only way to submit the CFP is via this form.
We are seeking three kinds of submissions:
We welcome submissions related to Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), Information Gathering, and Reconnaissance. Suggested (but not limited to) areas include:
Submit to Recon Village CFP if you are already planning to attend DEF CON 31 as we are unable to provide any speaker assistance in terms of DEF CON Badges/travel/accommodation expenses.
If you want to receive a DEF CON Badge specifically, please drop us an email explicitly. We will try to get you one (no commitments) and first come first serve basis.
CFP closes on 15th April 2025 at 00:00 GMT. Once the CFP is closed, this form will no longer accept CFP submissions or modifications.
What kind of content do we want?
Note: We only accept submissions strictly focused on the above-mentioned topics. If you have talks outside the mentioned topics, please refer to other DEF CON Village CFPs.
The talks have to be vendor-neutral and the submissions should not be a sales pitch of products/services, or marketing campaigns.
