Conference Theme: Integrating Intelligence…

To navigate through an era marked by crises, technological disruptions and rapid transformations, it is essential to integrate various forms of intelligence, including emotional intelligence, cognitive intelligence, artificial intelligence, social intelligence and business intelligence.

We are looking for innovative talks, interactive workshops and experience reports to spark insights, learning and collaboration. Your proposed topic should fall within one of the following topics/tracks:

…for Solving Business Challenges

In today's global landscape, dynamic shifts such as competitive marketplace and economic uncertainties, increase the importance of innovation and agility more than ever. Hopping on the bandwagon to copy and paste practices from others is no longer an option. Therefore, sharing and learning diverse methods and frameworks must be instrumental in navigating and solving real-world business problems.

In this track we are looking for innovative talks, interactive workshops and experience reports around approaches which integrate multiple types of intelligence for:

  • reevaluating traditional business models
  • fostering innovation
  • enhancing organizational design
  • leading change
  • improving company strategy

…and anything else which you believe can address and keep focus on actual business challenges.

…for Humanizing Workplaces

The convergence of the pandemic, the recent wars and conflicts, led people to rethink their careers, work conditions, and long-term goals, urging a reconsideration of the role of work in their lives. Professionals are now seeking something more profound; something that money alone can’t buy. They’re looking for human-centric and healthy working environments that enrich their lives, fuel their passions and nurture their growth. But it’s also about more than just ticking boxes or following trends: humanizing the workplace requires a holistic approach centered on empowering the humans that make our organizations tick.

In this track we are looking for innovative talks, interactive workshops and experience reports that demonstrate approaches which integrate multiple types of intelligence for:

  • developing effective leadership
  • creating a culture that values people and promotes distributed decision-making
  • improving skills
  • growing effective teams

…and anything else which you believe can contribute to fostering a sense of engagement, purpose, and meaning in our workplaces.

…for Elevating Products

Industry reports show that even today 80% of the features in any product are not used or rarely used. In today’s world of economic challenges and strong competition, this represents a waste that a very limited number of companies can afford and shifts the focus away from addressing real market needs quickly. This represents great opportunities for companies, addressing real market needs and enhancing products. How can we integrate intelligence from multiple dimensions and disciplines to create effective and adaptable product discovery, development and management approaches?

In this track we are looking for innovative talks, interactive workshops and experience reports that demonstrate intelligent use of both human and machine abilities in service of:

  • user-centric innovation
  • product strategy
  • validating assumptions quickly
  • evolving a product or an entire portfolio iteratively and incrementally
  • delivering value to customers faster and more effectively

…and anything else which you believe can elevate the ability to create and market products and services that customers love.
