Presentations should be 20-25 minutes (full-length) or 7-10 minutes (lightning) long and geared toward attendees with at least three years of experience. We want our attendees to receive information beyond the ReadMe documentation and what's easily searchable online. We strongly encourage you to submit a session to educate the audience, not sell them a product or service.

No Q&A will take place on stage, and keynote sessions are not available. Panels can consist of three individuals on stage (including a moderator).

Submissions can have up to 3 people on stage or attached to an individual session. This includes the moderator. Please do not ask for additional space on stage.

Please do not submit pitches for services or to become a vendor at the conference. Submissions as such will not be read. 

Selected domestic speakers will receive a flight reimbursement of up $500 and two (2) hotel nights at the designated speaker host hotel. Selected international speakers will receive a flight reimbursement of up to $800 and three (3) hotel nights at the designated speaker host hotel.*

International speakers are welcome to apply, but should expect to provide all approved visa requirements 60 days prior to the conference.

Local speakers who reside more than 40 miles away from the event venue will receive a complimentary one (1) night hotel stay either on the day of or the day before their talk*
