At Rendercon Kenya, we deeply value the unique insights and experiences that each individual brings to our conference. As part of our mission to foster a vibrant and inclusive community, we are calling on passionate speakers from all backgrounds and levels of expertise to share their knowledge at our 2026 event.
Whether you are a seasoned speaker or stepping onto the stage for the first time, we want to hear from you! Our conference covers a broad range of topics within the React ecosystem, including but not limited to:

Session Formats:
- Full Sessions: 30 minutes total (20 minutes presentation + 10 minutes Q&A)
- Lightning Sessions: 15 minutes total (10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A)
Time management will be strictly enforced! Every speaker is requested to practice extensively and stick to their allocated time slot. We run a tight schedule to respect all attendees and speakers. Come prepared, stay on time, and deliver your session.
How to Submit Your Session
Select Your Topic: Choose a topic that you're passionate about. It could be a new approach, a case study, a project you've worked on, or even career advice for developers.
Prepare Your Proposal: Write a clear and concise summary of your talk. Describe what attendees will learn and why it's relevant to our audience.
Submit Your Proposal: Fill in the form with your details and proposal and send in your submission.
Tips for a Successful Acceptance
( NB: Adherence to these suggestions does not guarantee acceptance, but it significantly increases your chances)
Be Clear and Concise: A well-articulated summary can convey your passion and show your understanding of your chosen topic.
Provide Relevance: Show how your topic contributes to the overall theme of the conference and why it's beneficial for attendees.
Offer a Unique Perspective: Talks that offer new insights, innovative solutions, or tackle unexplored areas are highly valued.
NB: AI Generated Abstracts:
Talks that are detected to have been generated by AI, without extra effort to try and tailor the contents to suit the mentioned thematic areas above will attract extra scrutiny from the selection committee and may be rejected.

NB: We are currently not in a position to cater for travel and accommodation expenses for this edition.
