Rockstars Valley 2024| Let's CO-LAB

event date

20 Sep 2024

location

Inspyrium Cuijk Cuijk, The Netherlands

On September 20, 2024, we invite you to the second edition of our groundbreaking conference, where innovation and inspiration converge in the heart of our tech community. Rockstars Valley is the place where we not only talk about progress but truly experience it.

The theme of Rockstars Valley 2024 is 'Let's CO-LAB!'

"CO-LAB represents the power of collaboration and co-creation. It's the idea that real progress emerges when we pool our knowledge and experience, learn from each other, and explore new paths together.

At Rockstars Valley 2024, we bring together a diverse group: CTOs, CIOs, IT Managers, Product Owners, IT engineers, and more. Together, we share not only technical expertise but also inspiration, challenges, and successes. It's about creating a community where everyone has a voice and where we collectively work towards a resilient, robust IT future.

Rockstars Valley '24 focuses specifically on the following technical tracks (or as we prefer to call them: Labs!):

  • Artificial Intelligence Lab
  • Platform Engineering Lab
  • High Performing Teams Lab
  • Career Lab

At Team Rockstars IT, we believe that happy developers are the key to success. That's why this conference is not only about technology but also about mastery and happiness. We aim to create an environment where people thrive, feel valued, and have the space to excel in their field.

Rockstars Valley is not just a conference; it's a platform for connection, inspiration, and innovation. It's where we come together to build the future of technology and demonstrate that together, we can achieve more than alone.

Welcome to Rockstars Valley: Let's CO-LAB!"

Artificial Intelligence Lab
"Currently, almost 50% of all new software is generated by AI. Okay, a lot of it is boilerplate code, but imagine not having to deal with that anymore. You showcase the latest innovations in AI".

Platform Engineering Lab
"As an experienced software developer, you want to leverage a solid Cloud platform. Your organization offers this through platform teams, and you can further perfect it through inner sourcing. Key ingredients such as landing zones/self-service portals, data architecture, and observability are, of course, part of the solution".

High Performing Teams Lab
"You can go fast alone, but you can go further together." A team is essential for success. But how do you ensure a high-performing team? How important are ingredients like Team Topologies, the Rockstars method, and pair programming? And how does fostering diversity within the team contribute to its overall performance and innovation?"

Career Lab
"What is your next career step? What will you be doing in 5 years? There are many technical career paths that are just as interesting, if not more so, than management career paths. How important is your employer for your career, how important are sparring partners, and what does a good network do? Think about your career and plan your next steps today!"

Your talk inspires various layers of the audience to collaborate towards achieving the best results. Through your talk, IT and the business learn to speak the same language, bridging the communication gap between business and IT,

Session Types:

For a diverse program, we are seeking workshops, talks, and training sessions on the above topics. You choose the format and topic, which we would love to see in the following (break-out) sessions:

CO-LAB Camp (45 min)
A selection of breakouts with unique expertise per domain. These sessions are held at a unique location in the middle of Europe's largest orchard! All necessary facilities are available to conduct a session for 10 to 100 attendees.

...... For Dummies (45 min)
Can you fill in the blanks? To bring Business and IT closer together, we facilitate "For Dummies" sessions. Your expertise explained in understandable language for IT Managers, C-level, and/or Engineers. Can you tackle a complex subject and make it understandable for every audience? A true art! Then we invite you to join us!

Key Notes (1 hour)
At Team Rockstars IT, we aim for grandeur and spectacle. Does your talk contribute to this? Then we'll reserve a spot on our mainstage for you.
