Drupal Community Events: Tweaking the Recipe

For over two decades, the heart of the Drupal Community has been a collection of friends, colleagues, and community members gathering at kitchen tables, coffee shops, and too many virtual meetings to plan, organize, and put on Drupal community events. These volunteer-led events have broken down regional and international silos to bring our community together to share experiences, collaborate, and (sometimes) commiserate.

Having been at these tables for a collective half-century, we're so excited to share our knowledge and empower you to contribute to your Drupal community's growth. We’ll discuss:

- How to get sponsors, retain sponsors, and bring in new sponsors (during global economic and political turmoil).
-How Drupal.org’s Event Organizer tools can help you get the word out.
- How data can guide your event, measure what’s important, and help the global community.
- How to respond to decreasing attendance by meeting your community where they are and setting realistic expectations.
