Welcome to the Salt Lake Valley Fabric and Microsoft Data Platforms User Group — a community for data professionals, developers, and enthusiasts passionate about Microsoft data technologies, including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data, Power BI, SQL Server, Synapse Analytics, and related platforms.
We meet online monthly or bi-monthly on Thursdays, bringing together speakers and attendees to share knowledge, best practices, and real-world experiences across the full spectrum of data and analytics topics.
Whether you are a beginner exploring the Microsoft data ecosystem or an experienced architect working on enterprise-scale solutions, this user group is your place to learn, connect, and grow.

We welcome session submissions on any topic related to Microsoft data and analytics technologies, including but not limited to:
- AI and machine learning with Microsoft tools
- Microsoft Fabric and OneLake
- Power BI and data visualization
- SQL Server and Azure SQL
- Data engineering, data modeling, and data architecture
Sessions are delivered online on Thursday evenings, monthly.
Presentations are typically 45–50 minutes, including Q&A.
By submitting a session, you agree to present online via video conferencing and to have your session potentially recorded and shared with the community.
