It's awesome to see you are interested in speaking at ScanAgile!

ScanAgile26 will be held on 17-18 March 2026 in Helsinki, Finland. We would be thrilled to hear what you have in mind for us. Please share it before the 29th of September 2025.

Since you will be telling us about yourself, it is only fair that we also tell you about us!

We are enthusiastic agilists excited enough to organise an agile conference full of hands-on experience, fun, and great talks.

ScanAgile is one of the largest Agile events organized in the Nordics since 2008. We are putting together the most passionate people from the Agile world, great speakers, and famous stars in the industry. Simply world-changing individuals who we can learn from and share experiences with. We are aiming for an event with a diverse line-up, both local and international, with different perspectives and backgrounds. This year, we hope to welcome 250 attendees, from students to seasoned practitioners.

ScanAgile is run by Agile Finland Ry, a not-for-profit association that aims to grow the Agile ecosystem in Finland by providing a place for a great collaborative community. We believe Agile is not a method, but a way of thinking about software development and knowledge work that leads to a bright and happy future.

We rely on enthusiastic people like yourself to bring amazing content and energy to make this an unforgettable experience!

So, share your information below!

To get your creative juices flowing, continue reading. This year we will have 3 main themes:

1. LEADERSHIP, STRATEGY & ORGANISATIONAL AGILITY

From leading teams to leading systems

  • Beyond Transformations: Moving from one-off “agile transformations” to continuous adaptability and resilience.
  • Strategic Agility: Connecting product, portfolio, and enterprise strategy to respond to change and disruption.
  • Leadership in Complexity: Leading in uncertain, fast-changing environments (VUCA/BANI lens).
  • Human-Centred Leadership: Psychological safety, inclusion, and unlocking collective intelligence.
  • Future-Fit Organisations: Networked structures, fluid teams, and governance models that balance autonomy with alignment.

2. TECHNICAL AGILITY, FLOW & ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE

Building adaptive, sustainable systems

  • Modern Flow Practices: Metrics and methods for predictability, efficient throughput, and impactful value delivery.
  • Engineering Beyond the Basics: From TDD/CI/CD to resilience engineering, chaos testing, and evolutionary architecture.
  • DevEx (Developer Experience): Creating joyful, productive environments for sustainable innovation.
  • Cloud, Platform & Security Agility: Managing scale, compliance, and reliability in complex ecosystems.
  • Technical Debt at Scale: Patterns for continuously reducing friction in legacy environments.

3. AI, DATA & THE FUTURE OF AGILITY

Shaping the next decade of work

  • AI as Teammate: How generative AI is reshaping product management, design, and engineering.
  • Agility in the Age of Data: Decision-making with real-time analytics and AI-assisted forecasting.
  • Ethics, Trust & Transparency: Responsible AI, human-in-the-loop, and building trustworthy systems.
  • Agility Beyond IT: How finance, HR, healthcare, hardware, and manufacturing are adapting.
  • Planet & Society: Sustainable agility, green software, and the role of agile in tackling societal challenges.
