Speaker Expectations Agreement   

By submitting a session you are acknowledging the acceptance of this agreement.   

  •  No drive-by presentations! We expect speakers to participate fully in the event from start to finish.  
  •  Session slides and workshop materials are to be sent in by the deadline given.  
  •  Speakers will not pitch any product, service or other commercial message during their session or workshop.  
  •  Speakers will start their class or workshop on time and end on time.  
  •  Speakers will be prepared to work offline in case there is a problem with the venue's wireless network.  
  •  Speakers will strive to cover everything promised in the session title and abstract.  
  •  Speakers will help publicize the conference and their participation via Twitter, Facebook, and their blog.
  • Speakers will only be notified if their session is accepted.  We do not notify of declines.
