You are invited to submit a proposal to share your experience and expertise in establishing a digital workplace that's reliable, equitable, and secure.   As companies continue to move forward and modernize, they must adapt and create a seamless workplace experience that accelerates collaboration, productivity, and innovation.

#shifthappens Conference 2023 will bring together 350 attendees, many of which have direct responsibility for and decision-making authority over the provision of IT services, solutions, and practices. 

This year, #shifthappens Conference will offer three (3) major Tracks:

• Track 1: Industry Voice: will tackle the convergence of technology innovation and business dynamics shifts head-on. Renowned thought leaders will uncover how we track our progress, operationalize complexity, drive productivity, manage and govern the lifecycle of information effectively, and the best recipe for AI to amplify your digital transformation efforts.

• Track 2: Technical Implementation: will delve into today's reality: Modernizing your legacy investments to the cloud is a commodity. Harness the full value of your digital workplace investments with proven tips and actionable strategies to secure, manage and govern your data.

• Track 3: Business Value: will explore the concrete benefits of how your peers are achieving digital workplace success. Don't miss how others have enabled greater efficiency and productivity, driven cost savings by optimizing resource allocation, improved intelligent decision-making with real-time data insights, and unlocked new revenue streams.

Proposal Submission Timeline

Submission process opens: May 31, 2023

Submission process closes: July 31, 2023 deadline for submitting

Notification of acceptance/rejection: August 4, 2023

Conference presentation dates: October 10 - 11, 2023


As a #shifthappens speaker, we will support with:

• Full-Access Pass to #shifthappens Conference, including evening events

• Up to two (2) nights of accommodation

• Flight and/or transportation coverage (up to $500 for domestic flights)


Logistics

Each session will last 40 minutes including Q&A.

All sessions are in rooms set theater style (chairs only; no tables) for maximum occupancy as deemed by the facility and in accordance with local fire safety codes. Presenters should anticipate an audience size of approximately 30 to 120 people per session (more in some cases), and should design their presentation approaches with the facility logistics in mind. Please note that we are unable to modify or alter seating arrangements/set-ups for individual sessions. Rooms are equipped with standardized audio-visual: projection unit/screen and a microphone.
