What We're Looking For

We welcome session submissions from community members who are willing to share useful insights with others.  Sessions should be informative, authentic, and relevant to people working with SAP solutions today.

Suggested Topic Areas

We are open to a broad range of topics and customer stories, including but not limited to:

  • Enterprise Architecture and Strategy
  • SAP S/4HANA and Business Transformation
  • Development and Extensibility
  • Automation, AI and Innovation
  • Data, Analytics and Reporting

Session Formats

We welcome the following session styles:

Presentation (30 Minutes | Main Auditorium)

  • A real-world customer story, ideally including what worked, what did not, and what others can learn from it.
  • A structured talk sharing knowledge, experience, lessons learned, or practical recommendations.
  • A hands-on demonstration of a solution, tool, prototype, configuration, development approach, or integration pattern.

Lightning Talk (20 Minutes | Small Breakout Group)

  • A short, focused session designed to introduce an idea, share a quick lesson or demo, or spark discussion.

What Makes a String Submission

  • Share real-world experience rather than only theory
  • Include lessons learned, recommendations, or reusable patterns
  • Are honest about challenges as well as successes
  • Help attendees make better decisions in their own SAP projects
  • Avoid being overly sales-focused or product-marketing driven
  • Encourage discussion and knowledge sharing

Session Expectations

Speakers should be prepared to deliver a clear, engaging session that provides value to the SAP community.  Sessions should be educational in nature and not primarily a sales pitch.

A presentation template will be provided to all confirmed speakers to ensure a consistent look and feel across the event agenda.
