TIMELINES

The CFP timelines are the same for both the SONiC Booth Demos taking place October 14-16 and for the SONiC Workshop, date to be confirmed, both taking place in San Jose, CA. 

  • CFP: May 21 - July 27
  • Schedule Announced: Week of of August 10
  • Presentation Slides Due: Monday, October 

Demo Submission Guidelines:

  • Demos are typically 10-15 minutes and will be scheduled in blocks where the presenter(s) will host the demo 2-4 times during the time block.
  • The booth will include the following: monitor with an HDMI cord, power strip, event wi-fi (no hardline).
  • Registration: SONiC will provide complimentary registration for both booth demo presenters workshop presenters speakers.  

Workshop Submission Guidelines: 

  • Sessions are typically 20-30 minutes
  • Registration: SONiC will provide complimentary registration for both booth demo presenters workshop presenters speakers.  

Reminder: This is a vendor-neutral community event — no product or vendor sales pitches. Avoid sales or marketing pitches and discussing unlicensed or potentially closed-source technologies when preparing your proposal; these talks will not be accepted due to the fact that they take away from the integrity of our events, and are rarely well-received by conference attendees.
