Call for Speakers
Speaker Idol - January 2020

For the January meeting of the Louisville .NET Meetup, we are going to host a Speaker Idol. Five speakers will be selected from this Call for Speakers to speaker for 10 minutes about something they are passionate about. After the five selected speakers have spoken, we will take a vote around the room to determine who is the Louisville Speaker Idol. To sweeten everything, there will be prizes worth the following values:
- First Place: $100
- Second Place: $75
- Third Place: $50
- Fourth Place: $30
- Fifth Place: $15
The only over-arching criteria for talks is that they have to be of interest to .NET developers; whether that be a quick demonstration of a technology, lessons learned from a recent project, or soft skills. The goal is the bring some great topics to our group so everyone learns.
The meetup will be January 16 at 7:00 pm.
