To help attendees navigate their professional journey, we are seeking sessions in these five areas:

1. Career Development: Navigating the “human” side of IT. Help your peers lead teams, avoid burnout, land their next role, master the art of the IT budget, and level up from tech expert to strategic leader.
2. Security: Defending the front lines. Share your strategies for Zero Trust, threat hunting, disaster recovery, and managing risk in an increasingly complex digital landscape.
3. Cloud & Infrastructure: The backbone of the business. We’re looking for best practices in hybrid cloud management, virtualization, networking, and modernizing the data center.
4. Software & OS: The tools of the trade. Deep dives into the platforms and applications we use every day; from Windows and Linux to SaaS management and specialized enterprise tools.
5. Emerging Tech & AI: Beyond the buzzwords. Show us practical use cases for AI in the IT department, LLM orchestration, and how you’re using automation to reclaim your time.

Session Formats (all 45 minutes)

1. Standard Session: A deep-dive presentation using slides and storytelling to provide a clear roadmap.
2. Interactive Session: A participatory experience featuring mini-workshops or group problem-solving.
3. Show & Tell Demo: A live, hands-on walkthrough of configurations, scripts, software, or hardware. [NEW!]
4. Panel Discussion: A moderated group conversation offering multiple perspectives on a hot topic.
5. Ask Me Anything (AMA): An unscripted, honest Q&A session focused on your specific industry expertise. [NEW!]
