SQL Saturday RVA is a free one-day training event for Data Professionals and students interested in the Microsoft Data Platform. Topics include: SQL Server, Power BI, Azure Synapse, Data Visualization, and much more!

Free registration will be required due to capacity limitations.

SQLSaturday RVA will be returning to an in-person event at ECPI University (11104 West Broad Street, Glen Allen, VA, 23060). We will notify all who submitted sessions of the final schedule by September 15, 2022.

All speakers and attendees are expected to comply with our event's Code of Conduct.

Sessions should be 60 or 120 minutes with 5-10 minutes allowed for Q&A.

Topics Requested:

  • SQL Server (for example - new features, internals, performance tuning, Azure/AWS hosted, etc)
  • PowerBI
  • Azure Synapse
  • SSIS and Azure Data Factory
  • Machine Learning
  • Professional Development

We are planning to have 1 room/track dedicated to Beginner level sessions that are targeted toward new users and ECPI students (see list of ECPI Programs). 

Note: Displays in the venue use HDMI Type-A (standard) connections. Speakers need to provide their own adapters to connect to these HDMI cables as necessary.
