For almost 20 years, the annual srvision event (previously known as Service Manager Dag) has evolved to one of the most influential IT Management events in Europe. With its roots in (IT) Service Management, the event has hosted many relevant visions and practices from the field of IT management, service management, IT support & operations.
In recent years, we have seen both inspiring and practical sessions on Agile, Lean, DevOps, SRE, SIAM or Customer Experience. Each year the sessions have been focused around a relevant theme. After Resilience and Flow, the theme for our 2023 edition will be....Value!
Whether you want to display how to "imagine", "deliver", "share" or "optimize" value, we encourage you to make it as practical as possible. And when we say value, we are also talking about the personal dimension of value (or values, as you will). So it also refers to the ethical, moral or social impact we (want to) see in our ecosystems.

By the way, our attendees are mostly from IT, some are managers, some are practitioners, some are consultants. We expect around 500 people from all around the world, but mostly from The Netherlands. We advise you to prepare your talk/workshop in English, to enable every participant to follow your session.
