STC Squared, held March 25, 2026, is Springfield Tech Council's premier annual conference uniting local and national exhibitors, diverse session tracks, and a community of leaders and professionals for a day of learning, networking, and hands-on exposure to what's next in tech.
The conference continues to grow each year, with 700+ in attendance in 2025, 40 exhibitors, 35 speakers, and 25 sponsors.
Each session room is equipped with an HDMI connection to a projector or large television. Larger rooms are also equipped with audio.

STC Squared organizers seek speakers to cover 30+ sessions covering a wide range of technology topics. Attendees vary from c-level executives to first-year developers to cybersecurity pros to help desk. We’re looking for content to teach, inspire, and challenge all of them.
Tracks include:
-Cybersecurity
-AI
-Leadership
-IT Infrastructure
-Development
Duration: 45 minutes, including the option for Q&A.
Attendee Profile: Our audience consists of individuals with varying levels of experience and backgrounds, including C-level executives, first-year developers, cybersecurity professionals, and help desk personnel.
Room Setup: Each session room will be equipped with HDMI connections and displays suitable for the room size.

Please note that as a nonprofit our speakers are volunteers, and we are unable to cover travel expenses. However, we are pleased to offer you complimentary admission to the conference, along with a special hotel accommodations rate (rate available until March 9, while rooms last).
