STL TechWeek is back for its 4th annual celebration of innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology across the St. Louis Metro! From April 13–17, 2026, TechSTL will host a 5-day, multi-venue festival showcasing the region’s top talent, groundbreaking research, high-growth startups, and global thought leaders shaping the future of technology.

This year’s program will feature up to 250 speakers, covering cutting-edge topics across AI, fintech, geospatial, cybersecurity, advanced manufacturing, agtech, biotech, healthcare innovation, and more. Sessions will range from inspiring keynotes to deep-dive technical workshops, investor panels, startup showcases, and community networking events.

Speaker Information:

  • TechSTL Members will receive preferential selection.
  • Speaking slots are unpaid and travel expenses are not covered.
  • Speakers may submit multiple sessions for consideration.
  • Final selections will highlight a balance of technical expertise, entrepreneurial insight, and diverse perspectives from across the innovation ecosystem.

Speaker Applications are now open for the 2026 STL TechWeek, hosted in various venues across the St. Louis Metro on April 13-17, 2026. A total of 250 speakers will be selected for the 5 day event series, with preferential selection made for active TechSTL members. Sessions can be offered for the following structures:

  • 20 minute keynote
  • 30 minute panel
  • 30 minute workshop

Please review these guidelines thoroughly before submitting your session proposal for STL TechWeek 2026.

  •  Proposals without biographies for speakers or moderators will not be considered.
  •  All speakers included in your proposal must be informed by you prior to submission.
  •  TechSTL Members will have highest consideration for selection. (Proposals are open to all)
  •  TechSTL reserves the right to accept the topic and title only, and may choose to accept or reject any combination of speakers and moderators proposed.
  •  TechSTL reserves the right to edit, modify, or add to the session title, description, presentation format, panelists, and moderator. Proposals on similar topics may be combined to create stronger sessions.
  •  Upon receipt, all proposals become the property of TechSTL. Topics or speaker recommendations not selected for STL TechWeek may be used in future TechSTL events, webinars, newsletters, or publications for up to one year. Proposals will not be considered for the 2026 TechWeek.
  •  Proposals should emphasize diversity in terms of ethnicity, gender, geographic representation, and organizational backgrounds.
  •  Members may submit a proposal that includes at least one speaker for the panel. TechSTL may add speakers and moderators as needed to complete the session.
  •  Panels with diverse representation from various organizations and industry sub-sets are encouraged. Proposals consisting solely of consultants or representatives from one company or project are not preferred, unless it is a case study.
  •  To maintain affordable membership dues and registration fees, TechSTL is unable to cover speakers’ or moderators’ travel expenses, honorariums, or speaker bureau fees. (Unless under special circumstances)
  •  Speakers and moderators wishing to attend STL TechWeek do not need to register for in advance. The event is free and open to the public.
  •  VIP events will be available for selected speakers, moderators, and sponsors. Registration will mandatory to attend.
  •  Each speaker or moderator may only participate in one session throughout STL TechWeek. If proposed for multiple sessions, they will only be confirmed for one.
  •  Members who submit session proposals are responsible for confirming speakers and moderators once the proposal is accepted.
