Hello Potential invites visionary speakers and workshop facilitators to empower our forum of 250 ambitious young professionals through continuous personal growth, modern leadership, and effective workplace communication.

We offer 27 slots of 20-minute talks across three stages:

• Awareness (evaluation, self-reflection, and empathy as catalysts for change)
• Initiative (transforming passion and curiosity into courageous action)
• Fortitude (building resilience, patience, and mental health for continuous growth)

Additionally there is opportunity for two people to deliver 2 1-hour practical workshops (limited to 20 participants) centered on Pragmatism (drawing actionable lessons from success and failure to produce tangible results).

Selected speakers share valuable day-to-day insights to 250 founders, entrepreneurs, executive coaches, and investors at the intersection of human collaboration and scalable business systems. You provide them with actionable guidance and direction to prosper in the workplace.

Apply to present your perspective, foster community development, and help shape the next generation of business leaders.

Talks can be in Croatian or English language. We cover one night accommodation and (for speakers outside of Croatia) €250 of airfare.
