The T3 Engineering Leadership Summit at droidcon Berlin is where senior technical leaders of mobile development teams can network, exchange ideas, share problems and learn from their peers. The event is tailored to the unique challenges faced by Heads, VPs, Directors and CTOs. Whether you are scaling a start-up or managing teams of hundreds of engineers, the Engineering Leadership Summit is a singular opportunity to exchange ideas in curated roundtable discussions, see innovative solutions in action and expand your network.

We are looking for four types of submissions:
1. Case-Study Lightning Talk - These are short 20 minute presentation cover a topic that you can offer a short case study on. It should outline a challenge or issue you and/or your engineering teams faced and how you solved it.
2. Panel Topic Host - Please propose a panel topic that you would be interested in potentially moderating or hosting.
3. Workshop - We will consider proposals for workshops ranging from 45 min to 90 min that should be interactive in nature.
4. Keynote - If you would like to propose a general session keynote, please submit a topic, abstract and why this would be good keynote for the entire audience.
