The TAGT Leadership Conference is a spring conference designed for district and campus leaders to collaborate on best practices in G/T program design, professional development, and systemic change. Leaders walk away with practical strategies to strengthen gifted programs across Texas. This conference brings together leaders and decision-makers from across Texas who are shaping the future of gifted education. This event is designed for those who guide programs, set policy, and create opportunities for gifted learners to succeed.
CALL FOR PROPOSALS
Deadline to Submit: December 15, 2025
The Leadership Conference is a two-day annual event for administrators, coordinators, and specialists, focusing on best practices and promising programs. The conference is attended by approximately 250 leaders in gifted education. TAGT seeks informational and engaging presenters and presentations for this event. Of greatest interest are sessions and workshops that provide best practices, advanced ideas or solutions, provide skills for developing personal leadership or professional development, or dive deeper into topics in gifted education.
SUBMISSION CRITERIA
To present at TAGT's Leadership Conference, you must: (1) Be employed by a K-12, university, or not-for-profit organization; or (2) Represent a conference sponsor.
