is the premier Microsoft Teams event welcoming leaders, practitioners and "Teamsiacs" from all around the world to collaborate and learn from the best in the business.  This event will have a heavy focus on empowering companies to digitally transform leveraging Teams and Viva for communication and collaboration across people, places and processes. 

Teams10x is a FREE to attend event for the Microsoft Teams community.  This will be our 7th FREE global event to build and educate the 270+ million monthly active users in the global Microsoft Teams community. 

The event will take place on April 12 - 13, 2023. 

This event will include learning paths focused on Getting Started with Teams, Teams Customer Success, Teams Productivity, Teams Modern Workplace and Microsoft Viva for Teams, Employee Experience, Governance and Security.

The Getting Started with Microsoft Teams Learning Path offers those that are new to Teams and are looking to build their understanding of how to use Teams.  This will include sessions like Microsoft Teams 101.

Teams Customer Success Learning Path is focused on demonstrations of real-world solutions using Microsoft Teams to improve business processes and what it take be successful with Microsoft Teams.  This learning path will also include sessions on improving the end user adoption adoption of Microsoft Teams within the enterprise.

Teams Productivity Learning Path will include sessions to improve the productivity of Teams end users.  Submitted sessions can include content for the end user to the power user.  Example is Top 10 Productivity Tips for Microsoft Teams.

Teams Modern Workplace Learning Path will include content on how using Teams to streamline business processes will improve end user productivity and create greater opportunities for a greater return on investment in Microsoft 365 platform

Viva for Microsoft Teams, Employee Experience Learning Path will focus on helping Teams customers understand how they can get more value from Teams by improving the employee experience. What value add is Viva bringing to Teams, SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 platform. Viva sessions will include sessions on each Viva module (Viva Topics, Viva Insights, Viva Learning, and Viva Connections) and anything new.

Teams Governance Learning Path will include sessions focused on managing and monitoring the growth of Teams implementations thru the Teams Maturity Model.  Sessions in this learning path will cover the operational governance of Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft 365 platform.

Teams User Adoption Learning Path will provide tips and tricks for improving user adoption of Microsoft Teams.  The goal of this learning path is to provide attendees with the information they need to implement a quickstart User Adoption plan at their company that improves all of the metrics on usage of the Microsoft 365 platform.

Teams Security Learning Path - will provide tips and tricks for securing Microsoft Teams. Appropriate content for this learning path includes external and guest access, compliance, hardening, conditional access, data loss prevention, information barriers, retention policies, and e-Discovery.

Microsoft Viva Learning Path There will be at least 4 Viva tracks, Viva Learning, Viva Connections, Viva Insights, and Viva Topics

Teams + Dynamics365 - topics will discuss business benefits of integration of Teams with Dynamics365.

Language Specific Learning Paths - We are attempting to revive the language specific learning paths.  In the past, we have had enough attendance to be justify running the sessions for the speakers.  However, we have had a very difficult time getting good session moderators.  We would like to partner with user groups around the globe to bring these tracks back to Teams10x.  Please let us know if you act as a session moderator and help promote the community event in your local region.

Our target audience for this event is decision makers (CIO, VP of IT, VP of HR, etc.), business users, customer success practitioners and knowledge managers within the enterprise.  

Speakers, please submit multiple sessions. The greater the number of sessions that you submit the higher the likelihood that we will select at least one of your sessions.

Teams10x is focused on sharing productivity solutions using Microsoft Teams with the 270+ Million monthly active users of Microsoft Teams.  These tips, tricks and solutions will shift how people work so they will never look at Teams the same.

To increase the likelihood of your session being accepted we highly recommend the following:

  1. Craft your session content description to align with the target audience
  2. Make sure your session provides a "solution".  
  3. Submit multiple session.  5 is the recommended number.
  4. Ensure your proposed session fits well with one of the learning paths
  5. Speakers agree to have their sessions recorded
  6. Speakers agree to use Teams10x event template for their PowerPoint slides
  7. Speakers agree to use an approved Teams10x event background.
  8. Speakers agree to upload their slides to the Teams10x speaker team so they can be made available to members with an All Access Pass.
  9. Speakers agree to co-market and share the event to their social media networks and distribute to any newsletter or email lists to help promote the event.
  10. Speakers will  have the opportunity to take part in event videos by submitting a recorded introduction welcoming attendees to the Teams10x event.  
  11. Speakers will also have the opportunity to submit a recorded video explaining why someone should attend their session.
