We are looking for sessions for the following tracks

  • Adoption & Management
  • Security & Compliance
  • Meetings, Calling and Devices
  • Development & The Power Platform
  • Productivity & Mobility
  • Education & Community

All sessions will be either 30 - 40 minutes in length. Both should accommodate time for Q & A

All sessions will be in English

Whilst we are allow multiple submissions, only one will be accepted in the interests of fairness to other speakers

To be as transparent as possible, we are currently looking at accepting around 35 sessions for this particular event. You may want to consider this prior to submission. In addition, we have historically received high volumes of submissions for the adoption track which should be something for your consideration. We can also confirm that we will look to confirm acceptance and rejection as soon as possible after the call for speakers ends and you can be guaranteed on receiving a response.

Some other guidelines

  • This is a community event, and as such we will not be accepting corporate sessions to promote third party products
  • If you are submitting multiple sessions we would recommend submitting across tracks as opposed to multiple sessions on a single track
  • We value the time speakers put into their sessions, and will 100% respect that a few may not want their session recorded. If the submission is successful, we will not record these sessions. However, as a community event which is looking to democratise knowledge, the ability for us to put the session on demand after the event - especially as TeamsFest is an event which runs simultaneous sessions, will be a factor in us choosing sessions
  • For the productivity track, we are interested in seeing how Teams works with other applications in the Microsoft 365 stack
