Built for power users, admins, developers, data professionals, and business analysts, this combined event offers unparalleled technical training through immersive workshops, expert-led sessions, and real-world guidance you can apply immediately.

Speaker Expectations Agreement

  • By submitting a session or workshop, you are acknowledging the acceptance of this agreement.
  • No drive-by presentations. We expect speakers to participate in the event from start to finish.
  • Session slides and workshop materials are to be sent in by the deadline given.
  • If selected for a workshop, speakers agree to submit a workshop preview video by the deadline provided.
  • Speakers will not pitch any product, service, or other commercial messages during their session or workshop.
  • Speakers will start their session or workshop on time and end on time.
  • Speakers will be prepared to work offline in case there is a problem with the venue's internet/wireless network.
  • Speakers will strive to cover everything promised in the session title and abstract.
  • Speakers will help publicize the conference and their participation via social media, and their website/blog/podcast.
  • Speakers will only be notified if their session is accepted. We do not notify of declines.

Community Speaker Compensation: 

  • All speakers will receive a complimentary Gold Pass to the event (Wednesday - Friday).
  • Hotel accommodations for out-of-town speakers for the night before your workshops and/or sessions.
  • Workshops per 1/2 day - $50 per attendee up to 10 attendees, $20 for each additional. (Full Day workshops are paid as 2 half-days)
  • Sessions are paid $500 for the first session, $200 for each additional session.
