HackersMang is excited to announce its upcoming event, and we are looking for engaging and dynamic sessions from passionate speakers.

Theme: AI Beyond the Hype: Ideas, Innovation and Impact.

We invite working professionals and industry practitioners to share real-world experiences of building, deploying, scaling, and managing AI-powered systems.

Professional Track talks should go beyond AI trends and high-level introductions. We’re looking for practical engineering experiences, production use cases, technical decisions, and lessons learned from the field.

We’re specifically looking for talks around:

AI in Production - taking AI systems from prototype to reliable production systems.

AI Engineering & Architecture - LLM applications, AI agents, RAG, model orchestration, evaluation, and scalable AI architectures.

AI for Developer Productivity - coding assistants, AI-powered workflows, code review, engineering automation, and developer experience.

AI & Data Engineering - building data pipelines, retrieval systems, vector search, data quality, and infrastructure for AI.

AI Operations & Observability - monitoring AI systems, evaluation, reliability, cost optimization, and production observability.

AI Security & Responsible AI - securing AI applications, privacy, prompt injection, governance, compliance, and responsible deployment.

AI in Real-World Products - how organizations are using AI to solve meaningful business and engineering problems.

Lessons from the Trenches - failures, architectural trade-offs, unexpected challenges, scaling problems, and what you would do differently.

We strongly encourage proposals that include real-world case studies, technical deep dives, architecture decisions, demonstrations, measurable outcomes, and lessons learned.

We are not looking for generic introductions to AI, product pitches, or talks based purely on AI trends and hype.

1. Lightning Talks (15 minutes)

Format: Short, impactful presentations that get straight to the point.

Focus: Share a concise idea, experience, or insight on a topic related to AI.

2. Talks with Demos (25 minutes, including 5 minutes Q&A)

Format: In-depth presentations with practical demonstrations.

Focus: Share research, practical projects, or innovative ideas related to AI. Capstone projects, course projects, fun projects – all are welcome!

Please note that these events are strictly in-person, and virtual participation is not an option.

Speakers are required to make their own travel and hotel arrangements.
