 🗓️ Timelines:

Deadline:

Sunday 26th July 2026 (11:59pm BST)

Speakers notified by 21st August.

Agenda launch on 2nd September.

We are welcoming proposals across all tracks. Please share your knowledge, experiences, and ideas with the Oracle community.

As a user-led organisation, we prioritise submissions that reflect real-world implementations, customer outcomes, and collaborative problem-solving.

Priority will be given to:

Sessions presented by end-users, or showcasing named customer stories.

Proposals that include at least one customer or end-user speaker.

Accepted sessions which include a customer speaker will include up to two complimentary speaker tickets. Partner-only sessions will not be eligible for two complimentary speaker tickets but instead up to two discounted speaker tickets unless the session is included within a sponsorship package. Any additional speakers will be required to purchase a standard conference ticket.

We encourage partners to contact Gina Balducci at gina.balducci@ukoug.org to explore sponsor opportunities to support the UKOUG.

A separate ticket allocation will be available for Oracle staff members and Oracle ACEs, which will take precedence over the terms outlined above.

Need support? If you're unable to select a suitable track or sub-category in the submission form, please contact us at info@ukoug.org.

For any other questions, please also reach out to us at info@ukoug.org.
