Why should I submit a talk?

Speaking at UtahJS is a great way to connect with other JavaScript developers in Utah. It's also a chance to show something cool that you've learned.

UtahJS speakers get a free ticket, free t-shirt, and are invited to a speakers-only dinner before the event (also free!).

And, of course, it looks great on your resume!

How do I improve my chances?

We select talks using a blind process designed to appeal to our audience.

Here are some guidelines:

• Be clear about your topic and why it's interesting to JavaScript developers.
• Our audience has a preference for talks geared toward intermediate and advanced audiences.
• Bring real-world experience with your topic, especially from your professional work.

What is the theme?

The theme of the 2024 conference is "Navigating Complexity." It is a focus on advanced topics, dive deep presentations, and breaking complex concepts into manageable chunks.

Speakers receive a free ticket including lunch and a T-Shirt.
