We welcome speaker submissions that involve innovative approaches, real-world case studies, and best practices of utilizing Microsoft 365 technologies to improve digital workplaces and the bottom line for businesses.

Areas of focus include (but are not limited to): Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Dynamics, AI & Copilot, governance and compliance, security, adoption and change management, and industry-specific applications.

Accepted 45-minute session formats include:

  • Topic presentations: practical and insightful talks with time for Q&A
  • Panel discussions: collaborative conversations among experts and practitioners
  • Workshops: interactive sessions designed for hands-on learning

We encourage submissions at varying levels of expertise, (i.e. introductory, intermediate, and advanced) to serve a diverse audience of IT leaders, decision-makers, and practitioners across diverse industries (e.g. education, finance, healthcare, and the public sector).

While this is an unpaid speaking opportunity, speakers benefit from high visibility among IT decision-makers and Microsoft’s partner ecosystem and the chance to contribute to Vancouver’s Microsoft 365 community.

Sessions must remain educational and thought-leadership oriented rather than direct promotion. Sales-only submissions will not be considered; if you are interested in showcasing a Microsoft 365-oriented product or service, we encourage you to explore our sponsorship opportunities, which also includes the opportunity to participate in a session.
