About the Summit

The Vancouver Microsoft 365 Summit returns for its second edition — bigger, bolder, and built for the leaders shaping the future of work.

On Thursday, September 3, 2026, 400+ IT decision-makers, business executives, Microsoft MVPs, and Partners will gather at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver for one full day of insights, hands-on learning, and high-value connections across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Following our sold-out 2025 inaugural edition — 203 attendees, 100% rated the experience 4 or 5 out of 5, and 98% said they would recommend it — the 2026 Summit expands with more speakers, more tracks, and exclusive new experiences.

This is where Western Canada's Microsoft 365 community comes together to build partnerships, drive innovation, and deliver impact.

Why Speak at the Summit

As a speaker, you will play an integral role in shaping this community — sharing your expertise, inspiring local talent, and helping establish Vancouver as a recognized hub of Microsoft 365 excellence. Whether you are a Microsoft MVP, a practitioner, a consultant, or a partner, this is your stage.

The Four Tracks

Track 1 — Security and Cloud Infrastructure

This track is for practitioners and architects working at the intersection of security, compliance, and cloud infrastructure. We are looking for sessions covering identity and access management, information protection, compliance frameworks, cybersecurity architecture, Azure networking, hybrid server environments, and cloud infrastructure for enterprise workloads. If your work involves keeping organizations secure, compliant, and resilient in a Microsoft-first environment, this track is for you.

Track 2 — Modern Workplace and Automation

This track focuses on how organizations adopt, manage, and scale Microsoft 365 as their productivity and collaboration backbone. We welcome sessions on Microsoft Teams administration and meeting rooms, endpoint management, enterprise administration, Copilot fundamentals, collaboration and communications engineering, and the practical rollout of Microsoft 365 across organizations of all sizes. Both technical deep dives and adoption-focused talks are welcome here.

Track 3 — Business Applications

This track is dedicated to the Microsoft business applications ecosystem, the tools that power operations, customer experience, and data-driven decisions. We are looking for sessions on Dynamics 365 across Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Field Service, and Business Central, as well as Power BI, Power Platform, Power Automate, and the broader world of low-code business solutions. If you help organizations run better through Microsoft's application layer, submit here.

Track 4 — Digital and App Innovation

This track is for builders, developers, and data professionals pushing the boundaries of what is possible on the Microsoft platform. We welcome sessions on Azure development, DevOps and GitHub (Actions, Administration, Advanced Security, Copilot), Power Platform development and solution architecture, AI and data engineering with Azure AI services, Fabric, Cosmos DB, and the latest in Microsoft's data and analytics stack. If you are building the next generation of Microsoft-powered solutions, this is your track.

Track 2: Modern Workplace and Automation

This track focuses on how organizations adopt, manage, and scale Microsoft 365 as their productivity and collaboration backbone. We welcome sessions on SharePoint as a platform for intranets, portals, and knowledge management, Microsoft Teams administration and meeting rooms, endpoint management, enterprise administration, Copilot fundamentals, collaboration and communications engineering, and the practical rollout of Microsoft 365 across organizations of all sizes. Both technical deep dives and adoption-focused talks are welcome here.

Session Formats

Accepted sessions are 40 minutes and may take one of the following formats.

Topic Presentations are practical and insightful talks with time for Q&A, ideal for sharing expertise, lessons learned, or a compelling point of view on where Microsoft 365 is heading.

Panel Discussions bring together experts and practitioners for collaborative conversations. If you would like to propose or participate in a panel, indicate this in your submission.

Workshops are interactive, hands-on sessions designed for active learning. Workshops work best for technical topics where attendees benefit from working through concepts or tools directly.

A Few Important Notes

While this is an unpaid speaking opportunity, speakers gain high visibility among IT decision-makers and Microsoft's partner ecosystem, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to Vancouver's growing Microsoft 365 community.

Sessions must remain educational and thought-leadership oriented. Sales-only submissions will not be considered. If you are interested in showcasing a Microsoft 365 product or service, we encourage you to explore our sponsorship opportunities, which include the option to participate in a session.
