Web Summer Camp is a three-day international conference where web professionals gather to learn, share, and grow. With practical workshops and thought-provoking discussions, it’s the perfect blend of hands-on learning and networking.

Tracks for 2025

This year’s Web Summer Camp offers six tracks:

  • Digital Change
    For businesses embracing digital transformation, whether those navigating early steps in digitalization or seeking strategies to refine established processes.
    We’re looking for topics like: Managing digital projects; Driving cross-organizational change; AI’s business impact; Enhancing customer experiences; etc.

  • Founders
    Designed for founders and business leaders in digital service companies, this track focuses on balancing roles such as CEO, COO, CFO, and CMO.
    We’re looking for sessions on: Building and managing digital teams; Marketing, sales, and growth strategies; Financial planning for digital businesses; HR and leadership in the tech space; etc.

  • UX
    This workshop-oriented track dives into creating exceptional user experiences that align with both user expectations and business goals.
    Suggested topics include: UX research and strategy; Service design and usability; Utilizing testing methods; AI in UX; etc.

  • Python/AI
    Hands-on workshops perfect for Python developers and data engineers looking to expand their expertise in AI.
    We’re interested in topics like: Machine learning and data science with Python, Practical AI applications, Tools and frameworks for Python-driven AI development, etc.

  • JavaScript
    Workshop oriented track to provide a deep dive into front-end web technologies.
    We are looking for topics relevant to Javascript professionals: New concepts or methods; Interesting libraries or tools, etc.

  • PHP
    A hands-on track dedicated to PHP professionals, designed to enhance server-side skills.
    We’re looking for sessions on: New concepts or methods; Interesting libraries or tools, etc.

We invite speakers with engaging workshops or talks on web and digital topics to submit one or more proposals. We aim to provide a memorable experience and offer a unique speaker package.

One co-speaker is welcome, but we can't cover her/his expenses except the ones that can be shared with the main speaker. 

Speaker Package Includes:

  • Travel expenses: Up to €300 for the main speaker.
    A co-speaker is welcome; however, we can only cover expenses that can be shared with the main speaker.
  • Airport transfers: From RJK, PUY, or ZAG (also available for a co-speaker or companion)
  • Conference access: A full 3-day ticket for the main speaker and a co-speaker, covering sessions, lunches, dinners, and social events  
  • Optional extras: A 3-day Companion ticket for a companion, covering lunches, dinners, and social events 
  • Accommodation: 1 to 4 nights (depending on the session type) in a nearby 4-star hotel (double room with breakfast)

Selection Process:

  1. A selection committee for each track evaluates session proposals and creates a priority list of candidates.
  2. If your session is shortlisted, we’ll contact you by the end of April to schedule a video call. The purpose of the call is to get to know you and discuss your session. Please have a rough draft or concept prepared by then.
  3. Once your session is confirmed, our team will assist with travel arrangements and book your accommodation.
  4. You’ll receive a personalized speaker card to share on social media and other channels.
  5. We’ll organize your transfer and provide any additional support you need.

Administrative Details:

You’ll need to sign a volunteer agreement for our records and tax purposes. This requires basic personal details such as your name, address, and an ID number. The agreement will be handled during registration at the event.

Sponsorship Opportunity:

We encourage your company or another interested party to sponsor your travel and accommodation costs. By doing so, they will gain Bronze Sponsor status. For more details, contact us via email.

Number of nights covered depends on the type of session. Travel expenses up to 300 euro can only be reimbursed against a company invoice.
