The Women in Teams User Group is excited to announce our monthly meetup and we're on the hunt for passionate speakers! Whether you're a seasoned pro or taking your first step into the limelight, we'd love to hear your perspective. All sessions are 100% virtual!
What we're looking for:
Areas of Interest: We're focusing on topics related to team collaboration, leadership, technology tools for teams, communication strategies, conflict resolution, diversity and inclusion in teams, and team dynamics. If your talk touches any of these areas, we're all ears!
Session Formats: We are looking for both lightning talks (5-10 mins) and standard presentations (20-40 mins), but if you have an innovative format we haven’t mentioned, pitch it!
Levels of Expertise: Whether you're a beginner sharing a fresh perspective, an intermediate diving into the nitty-gritty, or an expert giving insights into deeper nuances, all levels are welcome.
Target Audience: Our audience is a mix of professionals, from those just starting in their careers to seasoned veterans. They hail from diverse fields, roles, and industries but share a common interest in optimizing team dynamics and collaboration.
