Call for Speakers
Call opens at 12:00 AM

22 Jan 2024

Call closes at 11:59 PM

15 Apr 2024

Call closes in W. Europe Daylight Time (UTC+02:00) timezone.
Closing time in your timezone () is .

We like to hear, see and breathe code.

You can submit a session about a particular programming language (e.g. Kotlin, F#), a paradigm (e.g. OOP or Functional) a tool (e.g. Kubernetes, Ansible,  -no marketing allowed-) for making or testing your code, a technique (e.g. TDD, BDD, DDD) or a practice (e.g. Mob Programming) that allows you to craft working software.

Live coding sessions and workshops are welcome.

We love to hear even about Ops, so DevOps, DevSecOps and all the related topics have a place in our heart.

We don't plan to include sessions about agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum) or other topics not strictly related to the actual making side of a software product.

The languages of the conference will be Italian and English.

The following formats are accepted Call for Speakers:

  • 45’ Talk
  • 90' Workshop
  • 180' Workshop

Currently, shorter talks are not planned, but if you feel like you have a topic you'd like to speak about in a 15' Lightning Talk, we are willing to hear your proposal and adjust the schedule to accommodate for interesting submissions.

For presentations, we expect an approach open to innovation and exchange of experience from 'the trenches', with a clear and simple approach. The topic may be for newcomers or expert practitioners.

Regarding workshops, remember that you have a longer time-span, so involve participants and give them an interesting challenge to solve.

In case your talk proposal is not among the selected ones, not everything is lost: we are planning to keep a reserved ticket for you in case you are keen to join the conference as a participant.

Since this is a free event, speakers' expenses are not covered.
