We are excited to invite industry experts, IT professionals, and community leaders to submit sessions for the Workplace Ninjas Norway 2025! If you are passionate about sharing your knowledge, practical experiences, and insights on Microsoft workplace technology, this is the place to submit to.

We are looking for engaging speakers in the following tech tracks:

• Identity and Access Management
• Endpoint Management / Windows / AVD / W365
• Security / Microsoft Defender XDR / Sentinel / Copilot for Security

While this event is concentrated to Workplace Management, we ask for the following topics:​

• Microsoft 365, including Entra and Intune
• Microsoft Defender XDR, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Identity, Microsoft Sentinel and other solutions.​
• Management and automation​
• Virtual Desktop (AVD, Windows 365)​
• Workplace Security, including Microsoft Sentinel​
• Windows 11 (including Windows Copilot)​
• Security Copilot

We will select sessions somewhat continuously, and final schedule will be published by middle of March

Expenses covered?

We will cover, economy only, international flights up to 400€ per speaker for single speaker sessions, and max 300€ for co-speaking sessions. We are currently looking into hotel options, but we will cover 1 night at hotel for all speakers. If you cant find flights within this limits, let us know and we might be able to work with you on that.
