We’re excited to announce the Call for Sessions for the Workplace Ninjas UK User Group, taking place on 11th Feb 2025
Each session runs for 40 minutes, with space afterwards for Q&A. We're looking for engaging and technical sessions that share real-world experience, practical examples, and plenty of demos.
Session expectations:
- Sessions must be technical (200–300 level) and around 40 minutes, with Q&A time available afterwards.
- Preference will be given to sessions that are unique or not previously presented at other major events.
- Our audience expects deep dives, real-world insight, and live demonstrations.
What to include in your session submission
- A clear and engaging title and abstract
- The goal of your session – what will attendees learn or achieve?
- What makes your session unique
- The session’s technical level (Intermediate, Advanced, Expert)
- At least three key takeaways
Topics we’re looking for
We welcome submissions across a wide range of topics, including:
- Microsoft 365 – Intune, Entra, Identity
- Microsoft Configuration Manager
- Microsoft Defender XDR – Defender for Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, Sentinel
- Security Copilot, M365 Copilot
- Purview & Compliance
- Advanced Threat Hunting, Vulnerability Management
- Automation and management
- Windows 11, including Windows Copilot
- Virtual Desktop – AVD, Windows 365
- Digital Employee Experience (DEX)
- Multitenant / MSP Management
We also welcome sessions focused on people and process, such as:
- Social engineering and prevention
- End-user adoption strategies
- Securing management buy-in
- Career development
- Training and skills enablement
Selection process
- Submissions will be blind reviewed, so the quality of your abstract matters.
- This is not first-come, first-served – take your time to submit strong proposals.
Key dates
- Call for Sessions closes: 8th August 2025
- Speaker confirmations by: 10th August 2025
- Speaker profile due (bio + photo): Within 7 days of acceptance

- Be available to chat with attendees before/after your session
- Raise any issues with the organiser team – not on social media
