Workplace Ninjas Germany is back! On March 1 and 2, 2027, around 300 IT professionals meet at the Microsoft Germany headquarters in Munich for two days of deep technical content, real-world experience and community.
Workplace Ninjas is a community event made by admins, for admins. No marketing pitches, no slideware without substance. We want sessions that people can take back to their tenant on Monday morning.
First-time speakers are very welcome. If you have something valuable to share, submit it!

Topics we are looking for
Endpoint Management: Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Windows 365 and AVD, macOS / iOS / Android management, app packaging and deployment, patching, compliance, automation with PowerShell and Graph
Identity: Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, passwordless and phishing-resistant authentication, identity governance, workload identities, Zero Trust in practice
Security: Microsoft Defender XDR, Defender for Endpoint, Sentinel, KQL and threat hunting, vulnerability management, device and data protection, Purview
AI: Security Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness and governance, AI agents and MCP for admins, automating IT operations with AI, securing AI usage in the enterprise
Session format
All sessions are 45 minutes, held in English or German. Please state the language in your submission.
What makes a great submission
Real-world experience: lessons learned, war stories, what went wrong and how you fixed it
Live demos and practical takeaways
Technical depth (level 300 to 400 preferred)
Vendor sessions are welcome only if they are technical and not a product pitch. Sponsor sessions are handled separately.
